i just made this short clip for you with one of my favorite warm up exercises.
It’s basically variations of the same accented triplets pattern, which works best being played in a 1-2-3-2 pyramid structure.
These are the variations you can see in the video:
1. Single Stroke Accents + Single Strokes
2. Double Stroke Accents + Single Strokes
3. Flam Accents + Single Strokes
4. Single Stroke Accents + Double Strokes
