Here it is! After 2 years of waiting, we’re finally able to present to you the documentary of War From A Harlots Mouth’s from December, 30th, 2013. We have managed to get everything filmed by our good friends in ambitious.films, a 25 minute documentary about the last day as well as a full hour set.

I made myself a present recently and after a coupl I made myself a present recently and after a couple of days in the synth hospital 🎹🏤 i can finally call this beautiful Roland Juno-6 my own! A dream come true for real! After working with digital emulators for a while it feels great to push faders and experience this spaceship in action… On another note: The final @fernmusik mixing session is happening NEXT week! Can you believe it?! 😍 #synthesizer #juno6 #rolandsynth

Back in paradise for a couple of days at @die_mueh Back in paradise for a couple of days at @die_muehle_ to work on the new @theoceancollective album with @petervoigtmann 🥰♥️ This place means calmness. Very welcome in these challenging times… It’s so important to be able to take moments of silence to gain perspective. Also: Look who wants cuddles! 🐱

Until then, please let me know which liquid you think was on the cymbals. (behave!) 😅 Not so fun fact: We shot the video at the old @festsaal_kreuzberg venue in Berlin, not too long before the whole place burned down to the ground for good… luckily the owners found a new home a couple of years later! 🥵
Happy Monday everyone! 🔥 We're finally in the Happy Monday everyone! 🔥 We're finally in the midst of finishing the recordings for our second @nightmarercult album, as 3/4 of the band now live in the same area in the US... The drums are done already and have been waiting to be added to the mix for almost two years now! I recorded the material in February 2020, right before the pandemic first hit German soil and we went into lockdown. Look at this innocence, clearly not knowing what would lie ahead... 👀 📷 @emma_kollmorgen
37 today. What an odd number! I‘m leaning more t 37 today. What an odd number! I‘m leaning more towards 40 now, yet i don‘t feel very old… what do i do?! I remember feeling incredibly down exactly one year ago. For some reason - despite receiving lots of messages - i wasn‘t interested in meeting anyone while at the same time regretting not making any plans at all. Eventually i ended up fermenting into my bed sheets, hoping for my birthday to be over as soon as possible. Maybe i had just put too much pressure on myself. I‘m happy that this year is quite the opposite and i have received SO many uplifting, lovely and heartfelt messages from all of you already! It really DOES mean the world to me and i hope you know that i don‘t take them for granted. These past two years have been as challenging for me as they have been for all of us - some more, some less - and this world can be a cold place sometimes, full of adversity and drawbacks lurking around the corners, but i believe in karma as much as i believe in our connections and the positive impact we can have on each other‘s lives. I hope we can all keep on giving for as long as possible. ♥️ 📷 & 🎂 @juditmlnr

I want to thank you all for sticking around throug I want to thank you all for sticking around throughout 2021 and i hope that we can connect even further in 2022. ♥️ As much as i enjoy sharing my thoughts and life on here, i also want to maintain a healthy relationship with reality. Our digital identities often seem to portrait flawless personalities, simplified and ripped off of their complex foundation on the other side of the screen. Hopefully we can all reunite in this diverse and multi-faceted reality next year and at the same time make sure to establish a more honest and sincere approach towards this digital connection. Stay curious and alert. Fool around. Listen to your body and mind. And don‘t let doomsayers ruin your vibe. ✌🏻 In return i promise to give you more music… ok? 🥴
I’ve been recording, producing or participating I’ve been recording, producing or participating in a bunch of albums / songs and EPs this year which (considering the non-touring-period we‘re currently in) seems to be the way to go… 😅 (swipe to see all covers) Here‘s a full list: 1. @theoceancollective - „Phanerozoic Live“ The double album was captured and recorded during our livestreams in March & April. The full video versions of Phanerozoic I and II are up on Youtube as well! 2. @wfahm - „MMX Remastered“ For the anniversary vinyl edition that‘s currently being shipped @simonxsludge and me sat down to remaster and reissue the album. 3. @nightmarercult - „Monolith of Corrosion“ The EP consisting of 3 tracks that flow into each other is some of the heaviest and yet most organic material we‘ve released yet. 4. @koll_morgen - „You Are The“ The first of many more tracks to be released in close collaboration with my dear friend Emma. I co-produced this and i‘m excited to dive more into electronic spheres in the near future! (watch out! 👀) 5. @wearelikelovers - „Yes“ I recorded drums for this incredible song quite a while ago and was happy to see that it didn‘t end up rusting away on a lonely hard drive! Not only is Jan one of my closest friends, but also an outstanding musician and producer… and i can‘t wait for you to hear his new material! I can‘t wait to write and work on more new music next year! ♥️ Thank you all for listening and supporting each of these projects in these rather challenging times. More to come…
