I’ve been working on this new and exciting project with Simon as soon as we knew, that War From A Harlots Mouth was coming to an end. As we broke off with ‘VOYEUR’, we focused on taking the next step into our creative, gloomy and atmospheric direction.

I’m back home from my little journey with Like Lovers. After almost a month of playing shows in various jazz clubs, weird communal studios, youth centers, old cinemas and castles, we’re all more than happy with how everything turned out.
This was definitely something special. First and foremost because of the great vibe between all of us. Just 4 people in one bus, which made everything kind of easygoing and less stressful for all the people involved. But also in terms of stage setup, live performance and atmosphere.
Earlier this month my drumlife brought me to an amazing studio, located in the district of Gröndahl in Stockholm / Sweden: Studio Gröndahl. I had been looking forward to this, because i was both in love with Stockholm, since i was there back in 2013 and excited to record some new material for The Ocean Collective.
